These terms apply to paperanimators.com and its browser-based animation tools, operated as Paper Animators. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Questions can be sent to contact@paperanimators.com.
1. The service
Paper Animators provides tools for customizing motion scenes. The current tools are free to use without an account or watermark. Exports are limited to 60 seconds, and media files to 250 MB. Available features and successful rendering depend on your browser, hardware and source media.
2. Your content and exports
You retain any rights you hold in the content you provide. Selecting a file in the editor does not transfer ownership of that file to Paper Animators. You are responsible for obtaining permission to use your images, footage, text, music, logos and other material, including any permissions needed from people depicted.
You may use animations generated by the tools in personal and commercial video projects, including client work. This permission does not provide rights to third-party material or imply endorsement by anyone depicted. Third-party software and asset notices remain applicable; see Credits and Using your exports.
3. Responsible use
Do not use the service to violate applicable law or another person’s rights, distribute malicious code, interfere with the website or attempt unauthorized access to its systems. Do not present sample names, posts, quotations or statistics as authentic evidence. You are responsible for reviewing text, maps and other output for accuracy before publishing.
4. Privacy and saving your work
Selected media is processed in your browser. There is no cloud project backup, so download completed exports before closing or refreshing the page. Model downloads, hosting and support email involve third-party providers as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Availability and limitations
We aim to keep the tools useful and working, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability, error-free output or compatibility with every device. The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not provide warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and are not responsible for indirect losses caused by service interruptions, lost unsaved work or your use of an export. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Changes and contact
Features and these terms may be updated. Revised terms will be posted here with a new effective date and apply to future use. Any future paid offering will show its price and applicable terms before purchase; use of the current free tools creates no payment obligation.
